Let’s Get Writing!
Journaling is a great exercise to work into your daily routine. Journaling is a big part of my self-care arsenal. You’ll be amazed what comes out through writing. So, I’ve decided to create this page of journal prompts to help get your journaling juices flowing.
Using journal prompts come in handy when you want a more structured way of writing. When you write, don’t worry if it makes sense or not. Don’t edit yourself. Focus on writing whatever is on your mind. Be honest with yourself. You’re the only one that will read this. Just write it all out.
Every week, a new journal prompt will be posted. Just focus on the current week. Start where you are. If you see some from the previous weeks that you may want to try, go ahead. Just know that you don’t have to do them all. Do the ones that interest you. However, consider doing some that you wouldn’t normally do. Challenge yourself. You really have NOTHING to lose. Set a timer and write for ten minutes. That’s it. If you desire to write more than that, go for it. Do what makes you feel comfortable.
