Life presents us all with challenges. None of us are immune. Sometimes we get so scared that we don’t know what to do. We let fear dictate to us rather than having hope or faith. Even in the midst of our trial and situations, we must continue to have hope. The simple definition of hope according to Merriam-Webster is to want something to happen or be true and think that it could happen or be true.
In my life, I have come close to losing the hope that I carried in me. I wanted to give up on my goals and dreams so many times but I didn’t. There was always a small glimmer of hope that carried me through those tough times. Not to mention that hope is my name, I have hope every day. Or so I’ve been told. I used to dream what it would be like to be debt free, have a new house or car. Hope in my dreams are what keeps me going day after day after day.
What is it that you hope for? What is it that you want to happen in your life? Be honest with yourself. When you think of this thing, do you believe you can have it? Do you hope for it?
Have hope. Hope is where it starts. The dream that you want to pursue. The man you want to marry. The house or car you want to buy. First, you plant the seed of hope. That tells you that it’s possible. Hold on to hope as you go on through the process. Even in those times when circumstances look bleak. Whatever we want is possible. We first have to believe it’s possible. That’s hope.

The dreams planted in your heart is where hope starts. They become real by the actions we take towards them. Our hope is the keep moving forward every day towards the life of our dreams. That small piece of hope is all that we need to keep focused on our dreams.

Hope is all you have when you feel you have lost everything. Having that glimmer of hope helps you to get up out of bed in the morning. Hope is that feeling of expectation. Expecting that thing to happen in our lives. Whatever that thing is that you are expecting for yourself in your life, hold on to hope and don’t let go. Hope changes everything.
Hope is that feeling of expectation.
What is it that you hope for? What is your dream? You can have it. You may have to work for it, but you can have it. Believe in hope. Believe in yourself. Have faith. Be inspired to take the steps necessary to get to your dream. Take one step at a time. You got this.
